Proactive, results-driven and highly motivated, you’ll enable our service users in work to sustain employment. You’ll do this by offering advice, guidance and job coaching, while seeking out opportunities and building positive links with local employers and partner agencies alike. This role will also involve working alongside the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) team.

To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with good problem solving skills. Networking skills are also important, along with a background of working to integrate disadvantaged people into the labour market. Good office IT, word processing and admin skills are a must, and a working knowledge of employment law, health and safety and the Disability Discrimination Act would also be an advantage. Your own transport and current driving license are essential. You should also be willing to work flexible hours.
