We are looking for an experienced Criminal Justice Project Worker to rise to the challenge of delivering a high quality substance misuse service in Weymouth.

As a Project Worker II you will lead a small team of Project Workers, you will use your expertise to engage people with a history of problematic substance misuse. We will rely on you to maintain quality standards, ensure service user involvement and actively explore ways to enhance and develop our service. Along with a thorough understanding of the complex needs of this user group, you should also have knowledge of the Criminal Justice system, excellent communication skills; maintain accurate records and the responsibility to recruit and co ordinate a team of volunteers. You will also need to deputise for the Service Manager when required, which will involve being the first point of contact in their absence.
