Working in a residential care home for older people you will help each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life. Leading a team of care assistants you will create and review care plans, administer medication and ensure that the home delivers an excellent person centred approach.

As Team Leader (Care – Older People) can you?
•Help each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life, surrounded by love, friendship and support within a Christian environment
•Ensure the Home delivers excellent person centred care
•Provide leadership to the care assistants within your team
As Team Leader (Care – Older People) do you have you experience of?
•Person centred care for older people including those living with dementia
•The administration of medication
•Creating and reviewing care plans
•End of life care
•An appropriate Social Care or Nursing Qualification achieved equivalent to or working towards NVQ 3 / equivalent QCF award.
These positions are 35 hrs per week.
We offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and a contributory pension.
The appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB /PVG clearance, satisfactory reference and eligibility to work in the UK.
