Addaction are looking to expand its volunteer counselling service. As such we are looking for a someone who is eligible for BACP accreditation, who is also qualified in clinical supervision and with experience of training to promote Addaction's volunteer counselling scheme.

The post will recruit, train and support volunteer counsellors and manage the allocation of volunteer counsellors to appropriate areas of work to meet Addaction quality standards. In addition the post will provide appropriate clinical supervision to volunteer counsellors and Addaction paid staff.
