We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage two small services in the Waltham Abbey area. As a Mencap team manager you will be a creative, value based individual, who can organise and give excellent service delivery.

You will ideally have some experience in supervising staff or at senior support worker level, however this is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. You will be expected to deliver a service to people whom have a learning disability to maximise their potential. Opportunities and community presence. You will need to be a car driver and an influential individual who wants to make a difference.

You will be expected to work as part of a rota and shift based pattern which may include days, evenings, bank holidays, weekends and sleep in duties which will be paid at an additional rate.
