Working with clients in ‘hard to reach’ communities, you'll build bridges and support those most in need. By encouraging and helping people to move away from a cycle of drugs and crime, you'll improve the safety and wellbeing of these communities.

To have the biggest impact, you'll need to have confidence in street settings, excellent organisation skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of people. An excellent communicator and responsive listener, you'll need to have experience in a health, social care or criminal justice setting.

With experience in the substance misuse field, you'll be an excellent communicator and responsive listener.
