Develop your career in advice and guidance, add your skills to our dedicated Employment Advice team – and make a real difference to people’s lives.
Proactive and results-driven, you’ll enable our service users to achieve and sustain employment. You’ll do this by offering guidance, advice and coaching, while seeking out employment, work placements and training opportunities and building positive links with local employers and partner agencies alike. You will also provide training in personal and skill development areas, helping our service users with CV preparation, interview techniques and confidence building.
To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with experience of working with people with mental health problems. Training skills are also important, along with a background of working to integrate disadvantaged people into the labour market. Good office IT, word processing and admin skills are a must, and a guidance qualification would be an advantage.
We offer great benefits, including 25 days’ holiday per year, contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme and childcare vouchers.
Giving thousands of people each year a new sense of purpose and fulfilment, we’re one of the UK’s biggest providers of mental health care. Join us in Warrington, and become part of the most innovative mental health organisation in the country.
