Hartlepool Mobile Needle Exchange
Provides sterile injecting equipment and harm reduction minimisation advice to injecting drug users in the Hartlepool area.

Also promotes healthier lifestyles, assessments and advice on commonly incurred injuries and medical conditions resulting from injecting drug use. Client needs can be identified and assessed rapidly in order to encourage and signpost individuals in to entering local treatment services.
As part of an ongoing recruitment programme, we are looking to expand our bank of sessional workers to cover short term emerging vacancies in our Hartlepool harm minimisation project. You will be required to work weekends 11 – 3, and some weekdays as and when needed.

We require flexible individuals with preferable experience of working in the substance misuse field although not essential. Full training and induction will be given.

Drivers for the exchange van would be advantageous; drivers must be over 25 years old.
