If you have a background in Criminal Justice or substance misuse, we’d like you to join our management team in Durham.

Providing leadership and managing the DIP services across County Durham; you’ll play a key role in engaging service users and delivering high-quality care and support. This will involve everything from managing relationships and partnerships with service commissioners to identifying new service opportunities. Operational and budgetary responsibility will also be down to you, as will communicating our vision as an organisation.

Experience in Criminal Justice or substance misuse and treatment, managing a team and working alongside and in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies are essential. A sound grasp of legislation will also be key.
