If you have a background in management or substance misuse, we’d like you to join our management team in Durham.

Leading a management team providing strategic leadership in a multiagency partnership, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support. This will involve everything from day to day operational management of a treatment centre, managing relationships and partnerships with service commissioners and partners developing multi agency working protocols. Operational and budgetary responsibility will also be down to you, as will communicating our vision as an organisation.

Experience of management, substance misuse and treatment options, managing a multi-disciplinary team and working alongside and in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies is essential. A sound grasp of legislation will also be key.
