The position is for a Family Support worker who will provide structured support to families affected by parental drug/alcohol misuse. You will have the ability to undertake full comprehensive assessments and understand the importance of care planning. Candidates may occasionally be required to prepare statements for court and be familiar with Safeguarding procedures. You will be required to deliver a person centred flexible service to families in order to reduce the negative impact caused by drugs and alcohol.

You will be required to engage with families in an outreach capacity so a car user is essential.
