This influential animal protection organization responds to cruelty reports and resolves them through owner education or legal action. It also works with other organizations and shelters on companion animal issues. The project has opportunities for Spanish and non-Spanish speakers. Volunteer activities include: transporting animals, rescue equipment or community event supplies (in vehicle); webmaster support; assisting with community events and adoptions; and translation work.

There is no cost to participate but volunteers are responsible for covering their living expenses.
