Floating Support Worker
Our client, a leading and innovative mental health charity has a fantastic opportunity for a Floating Support Worker based in Kent. The successful candidate will be managing a small caseload of up to 16 clients with mental health issues in their own tenancies.

Candidates for this role will need:
- Experience of keyworking a caseload of clients with mental health issues
- The ability to update and create needs and risk assessments
- An enhanced CRB disclosure issued within the last 12 months
- Knowledge of the Supporting People Framework
- Access to a car for use at work

Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to a set caseload of 16 clients with enduring mental health issues
- Completing keyworking sessions
- Conducting needs and risk assessments to Supporting People standard
- Liaising with external agencies on behalf of clients
- Advising clients around tenancy sustainment issues
