As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll help us develop and deliver supported accommodation and floating support services, enabling our clients to gain increasing independence and develop their full potential. This will include:

- development and delivery a first-rate service – monitoring and evaluating our work and ensuring our objectives are met
- facilitate groups/activities as appropriate
- acting as keyworker to a caseload of clients
- carrying out risk assessments, develop personal support plans and provide both practical and emotional assistance
- assisting in the recruitment, induction and supervision of staff
- deputise in the absence of the Service Manager

About You:
- experience in a similar role
- experience of supporting clients in accommodation services and/or in the community
- good communication skills
- keyworking/groupwork skills
- supervisory/team leadership skills
- IT skills
- understanding of personalisation and self-directed support
- willingness to do on-call duties
