We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent engagement skills to work as part of the Reducing of Re-offending Team (RoRT) in Hartlepool.

You will work in partnership with the criminal intervention justice team ( CJIT), police and probation, liaising closely with criminal justice, health, and wrap around service agencies whilst also providing support and advice from an outreach aspect.

Knowledge of the Drugs Intervention Programme (DIP) and PPO schemes would be an advantage for this post and the problems associated with Class A drug use and crime.
