For some people with long-term mental health problems, independent living is an unobtainable dream. You’ll help make it a reality. Your varied and challenging role will see you focusing on a rehabilitative support covering the accommodation, practical and emotional needs of the service users. You’ll assist them in accessing medical appointments, provide budgeting and financial support and help them develop personal and life skills to gradually obtain full independence. You’ll also ensure they can access advice and support.

As such, you’ll need relevant experience, combined with an enthusiastic, caring approach. The ability to liaise with a wide range of organisations involved in service users care is also essential. You must be willing to work flexible hours.

We can offer you 25 days holiday, increasing up to 30 days (plus bank holidays), pension, life assurance, childcare vouchers, four weeks paid retention leave after five years’ service and the opportunity to really develop yourself and others.
