If you have experience of management and caring for older people, this role of Head of Care will allow you to bring together your proven skills.
Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you could be a part of a service that makes a fundamental difference to people’s lives.

As Head of Care can you?
•Help each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life, surrounded by love, friendship and support within a Christian environment
•Ensure the Home delivers excellent person centred care
•Provide leadership to the Care Team within the home
As Head of Care do you have leadership experience of?
•Person centred care for older people including those living with dementia
•Management of the administration of medication
•End of life care
•Staff development and learning
•An appropriate Social Care or Nursing Qualification achieved equivalent to or working towards NVQ 4 / equivalent QCF award.
These positions are full time posts, working a minimum 40 hrs per week.
We offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and a contributory pension.
The appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB /PVG clearance, satisfactory reference and eligibility to work in the UK.
