In this role you will help young people address their substance misuse issues. Acting as both supporter an facilitator you will provide harm minimization advice and draw up care plans to assist them through and beyond challenges they face, working with them to make positive changes. This work often involves working with parents and families.

You'll need to have excellent listening skills,balanced with a team orientated and proactive attitude as well as demonstrable experience and knowledge in supporting young people and in the health/social care/criminal justice field.
