You'll be there to provide psychosocial interventions to offenders that have been given an Alcohol Treatment Requirement as result of their offending and alcohol misuse. Working jointly with Sussex Probation and in partnership with other providers you will provide targeted psychosocial interventions at our sites in Worthing & Chichester.

You will need to have excellent listening skills, experience of delivering a range of psychosocial innervations using a number of psychosocial techniques (i.e. CBT) balanced with a team-orientated and proactive attitude. With demonstrable experience in working with individuals with primary alcohol problems in either a health, social care or criminal justice setting you will form part of a integrated substance misuse service.
