Child Contact Service Manager - Safe Space

*19 hours per week, weekday and weekends according to the needs of the service
The Safe Space child contact service provides supported and supervised child contacts, ‘handovers’, and contact in the community. The service is currently open Saturdays and weekday by arrangement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing organisation supporting parents and children. The successful applicant will work with a dedicated and enthusiastic team and be responsible for the overall management under the supervision of the Director.
The successful applicant will be required to:
• Manage the development of the service
• Liaise with referring professionals and process referrals
• Undertake some supervision of contact sessions
• Develop staff and volunteers in their roles
• Monitor and evaluate the service
We require an enthusiastic and experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a heart for children and family life. You will be in sympathy with our Christian ethos. You will hold a relevant qualification, have relevant management experience, and be able to work hours as agreed.
