Carers’ Hub, Lambeth is a new project commissioned by Lambeth Council to provide information, advice and support services to carers. The services are to be delivered through a Consortium of three local independent charities: South Thames Crossroads, Lambeth Age Concern and Disability Advice Service Lambeth.

The Carers’ Hub Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project and for raising funds and developing new services for carers in Lambeth. The post will be based within South Thames Crossroads which provides a range of practical and support services to adult and young carers across 4 boroughs.

This is a job which offers challenge, fulfilment and the opportunity to work creatively. We are looking for someone:
· With senior management experience
· With excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Highly self-motivated
· Able to provide strong team leadership
