Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Development Executive to ensure Cancer Research UK’s Supporter Service, Brand and Operational Standards are delivered consistently across our fundraising operations.

About the job

If you’ve a solid background in Customer Service delivery this is your opportunity to work within Cancer Research UK’s fundraising operations team. Join us to help ensure our Supporter Service, Brand and Operational Standards are delivered consistently. You’ll be developing training materials and schedules, monitoring performance to identify training needs and setting up satisfaction surveys to help identify areas for improvement.

About you

With a track record in training and development planning, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with experience of delivering ‘on the job’ training and coaching. It literate you’ll need a good understanding of Fulfilment and Income Processing functions. Not least, you’ll need to have a strong customer support focus with an appreciation of the challenges associated with delivering a supporter service.
