This is a great opportunity to work with an international charity as Donor Development Manager. You will be responsible for generating income (of £1 million +) from major donors, private individuals and businesses in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

- Increase the number of active high value and mid value donors

- Build strong relationships and the cultivation programmes for existing donors and prospects

- Provide effective management, leaderships and planning/target setting frameworks to secure income from major donors and businesses

- Keep abreast of trends and developments in the UK fundraising marketplaces (and awareness of global fundraising trends)

- Network and build relationships with external donors and prospects, through home visits, overseas donor visits and events entertaining

You will have:

- Significant experience of charity fundraising or income generation and a track record in identifying new income streams and opportunities

- Experience of producing written reports and producing budgets

- A successful track record of working with influential volunteer leaders, executive business types and VIPs

- Staff management experience
