Our client is looking for a senior support worker to join one of their most established teams based in London. The team supports mental health patients and they need someone with an outstanding knowledge in this area. If you are a person who loves to help people and are passionate about supporting others then this is the opportunity for you. The client aims to promote a participative relationship enabling the clients to gain increasing independence and to develop their full potential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contributing with the staff to develop and participate a programme of support.
- Assist clients in formulating and pursing personal development programmes.
- Participating in monitoring, evaluating and developing the service.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with relevant agencies.
- Provide support and formal supervision to members of staff.

Candidates for the post will need:
- A solid knowledge of the Supporting People framework.
- Good experience of liaising with external agencies
- Must have a good knowledge of support and care.
